If you are a vendor and would like to know more about our Canterbury Faire Holiday Bazaar, here are the important facts for you!

We strive to offer an enticing variety of vendors at our Canterbury Faire Holiday Bazaar. We will accept only two vendors in each category, i.e., two vendors of hand-made jewelry, two vendors for collectibles, two vendors of handmade hats and scarves, two vendors of wood products, etc. We strive for a selection of vendors in order to offer a pleasurable shopping experience for our customers.

Vendors will be arranged between two floors—a main floor (level entrance) and a lower level (reached by the lower parking lot from the outside, or else by an interior stairway). Display spaces are assigned to provide an assortment of vendors, and returning vendors receive preference.



Competitive Fees 

No minimum payment required!

Cost: Pay only for your display space and a flat 15% of total sales.

Event Location

St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church of the Highlands in Shoreline, Washington
722 N 145th St. Shoreline, WA 98133.

Located on North 145th Street between Aurora Avenue North and Greenwood Avenue North.

Signs will be posted on Aurora and Greenwood Avenues, as well as at site entrance to direct vendors and visitors. 

Event Time

9:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. 


Ample FREE Parking!

Vendors must park in the lower lot after their display items have been off-loaded.

The best spaces are reserved for our customers! 

Vendor Setup

Friday, November 9, 2018 between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
No setup the day of the Faire. 

Vendor Take Down

Saturday, November 10, 2018 immediately after the 3:00 p.m. closing time.
Premises must be vacated by 6:00 p.m. 


Vendors must provide their own change. 


Available on each floor. Automatic door openers on main level. 

Coffee and Cookies

Available on Friday (main level) and Saturday (lower level).


A special lunch of homemade soup, bread, cookie and beverage will be available on Saturday for only $5.00. We would be happy to deliver your lunch to your display space!
